I have been a loyal customer to Right Way Auto since the day they opened and continue to be a loyal supporter. I recently saw a one-star review and it occurred to me that after using their services for so many years that had never left a review, so here I go:
First off, they have a great service team, very friendly staff and the shop is clean and organized. Kristine is always very helpful and supportive. She knows the automotive industry as well as her clients. Andrey, the owner, takes the time to explain all options and charges a VERY FAIR rate. I have never been up-sold! I had one experience where the original repair did not initially fix the problem: this was fully corrected with owner and staff doing everything to compensate for my inconvenience by offering extraordinary service and reduced charges. (Initial repair problem occurred because a reasonable solution to issue was tried first in order to keep costs low β second solution completely fixed the malfunction.)
I value the services that Right Way Auto provides, and trust that they have the knowledge, experience, and ethics to do the right thing. Over the years, I have developed a relationship of trust in the service, staff and results at Right Way Auto.
