I have been coming to Right Way for close to a year! I have been very happy with their work! They are very knowledgeable and do such a great job. They will do what ever they can to help. I was on the way to Buffalo for a Medical test that I paid for and something went wrong with my car. They gave me a loaner so I did not have to miss my appointment! I feel very confident being taken care of them. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Brought in my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan for an oil change and it was a speedy process. Each staff I encountered was friendly! Randy was the technician who worked on my car and, during the inspection, he took the time to explain possible pain points that I can look into to prevent them from happening. I highly appreciated this gesture since I got this car from a previous owner and want to keep my Tiguan in tip-top shape. A great experience overall, highly recommend!
